Is there a history of emotional trauma in your life or that of your family's? Is there also a history of obesity? Well if so then I have some very interesting information I wish to convey to you. Firstly, in two recent articles entitled "Obesity and Emotional Trauma" and "Emotional Gravity, Physical Gravity: Same or Different", I report on numerous cases of individuals spontaneously losing large amounts of weight simply as a result of releasing emotional trauma stored in their bodies with a new tool called the Mind Resonance Process(TM)(MRP). Secondly, in another article entitled "Some Evidence Of How We Are Spiritually Connected" I reported on case studies where two individuals who shared a common traumatic event were both able to release the trauma when I worked with only one of the individuals and the other was absent and unaware of my work with the first person. Thirdly, emotional trauma is stored not just within one's body in emotional terms it also becomes "embedded" in their DNA and in their energy field as toxic fragments. These fragments get passed on from generation to generation and have the potential to manifest in one's children, grand children and so on. Fourthly, helping one individual in a family system release their own stored history of emotional trauma can have positive effects on other members of the family from both a healing and a weight reduction standpoint. In other words by releasing your own trauma you will lose weight and so will those members of your family who share the same traumatic history. Having said all of this I am implying that the obesity epidemic that we are seeing these days may not simply be the result of overeating and poor exercise. The amount of personal and generational trauma that one is carrying, is in my view a significant determinant of obesity today. This is a new discovery and is one that needs greater attention as now there is a tool (i.e. MRP) that can quickly and painlessly help one release such deeply embedded toxicity.
